Discuss why we landscape, the planning process, principles of design, design criteria, various stages in design development, the eIements needed in a landscape plan, cost estimating the design, and documenting the process. At the end of this class, have a better understanding of how to plan and create your own landscape design, what to look for in designs by others, and how to select a contractor.
