American Sign Language, Beginning I, (8 sessions)
This basic course in American Sign Language (ASL) uses natural gesture, mimetic depiction, facial expression, and idioms to clarify meaning.  The course objective is for students to develop both expressive and receptive communication skills using ASL.

American Sign Language II (9sessions)
This is a continuation class using the same text book as Sign Language I. Continue to expand your ASL vocabulary, learn more about Deaf Culture and the different singing systems used, practice finger spelling, both receptive and expressive, learn ASL idioms and gain a better understanding of ASL sentence structure. Become more comfortable using ASL in everyday conversation with other students or deaf individuals. This class prepares you for ASL Intermediate... Prerequisite: Must have completed Sign Language I. New students for this class require instructor approval.

American Sign Language, Intermediate Conversation (10 sessions)
This is an intermediate conversation level class using a new book "Conversational Sign Language II'. Supplemental material is provided by the instructor. Prerequisite: Must have completed at least one full year of ASL. Students require instructor approval based on level of receptive skills
