Intro to Computers...Window 7 (8 sessions)
Do you wish to feel more comfortable with your new Windows 7 computer. This class provides students with a solid foundation of basic computer skills. This is not a lecture series. Each student has the use of his/her own computer. This enjoyable hands-on training is designed for the beginning computer user who is using the new Windows 7 software. Focus is on providing the skills to effectively use a computer, rather than a technical emphasis. This class gently guides you through the process of using a mouse, creating and saving documents, creating files and folders, and safely browsing the web. Successfully completing this class is the foundation for getting the most from other ACEC technology offerings. If you are brand new to computing or have little experience, use a laptop or a desktop, and want to learn the basics of Windows 7, this class is for you!
